As entrepreneurs ourselves, we understand the blood, sweat, and tears that it takes to build a successful business. We also know the power of leveraging cutting edge technology to scale a business, drive more revenue, cut costs, and delight clients.

 

Our goal is to create the best possible outcome for the business owner, employees, clients, and our company and investors.

We make 3 types of investments:

1. We will acquire a majority stake in a business for owners looking to exit their business.

2. We will partner with companies to make minority investments that support the implementation of technology and process improvement that yields growing revenue, reduced costs, or an improvement in client retention for the business.

3. We partner with operating companies by investing in technology and products that we believe have the ability to be commercialized and sold to other businesses once created.

Unlike traditional Private Equity firms, we do not have a goal to buy and sell companies within a structured period of time. We seek to create value and benefit from long-term sustainable growth of the business and hope to be adding value to our companies for an indefinite period of time.
